Qualifications | Skills

SEE/SLC or equivalent qualification; technical/vocational certification preferred.

1–3 years of experience in beverage, FMCG, or manufacturing operations preferred.

Basic knowledge of filler machine operation and production processes.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor filler machines to ensure smooth production.

Perform quality checks and ensure products meet required specifications.

Conduct basic machine setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting.

Monitor machine performance and report defects or breakdowns.

Minimize product loss, wastage, and downtime.

Maintain production, quality, and machine records accurately.

Follow GMP, SOPs, hygiene, food safety, and quality standards.

Ensure proper housekeeping, 5S, and workplace cleanliness.

Adhere to safety procedures and use PPE at all times.

Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to achieve production targets.
