Job Description

The Operations Officer will be responsible for overseeing the organization’s daily operations to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with strategic goals. This role involves managing teams, assigning tasks, ensuring regulatory compliance, monitoring budgets, and driving performance to meet operational targets.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate daily operational activities across departments.

Manage, supervise, and motivate team members; assign tasks and monitor progress.

Provide regular training and support to enhance team productivity and performance.

Ensure adherence to internal policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.

Identify and mitigate operational risks.

Monitor and manage budgets, resource allocation, and operational costs.

Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategic plans.

Generate operational reports and present findings to senior management.

Job Specification

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Education, Management, or a related field is required.

Master’s degree preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in operations management or a similar role.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.

Proficiency in operational tools, budgeting, and reporting systems.
