Position Overview

Riddhi Siddhi Cement Industries Limited is seeking a competent and detail-oriented professional for the position of Assistant Manager – Sales Account. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sales accounting, debtor reconciliation, banking documentation, MIS reporting, and coordination with sales and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Bank Guarantees (BG), Letters of Credit (LC), and ODC-related documentation and processes.

Handle customer account-related issues and maintain strong customer relationships.

Perform debtor reconciliation, balance confirmation, and collection tracking.

Prepare and analyze sales reports, collection reports, ageing analysis, and incentive calculations.

Monitor customer credit status and support collection-related decision-making.

Coordinate with sales, finance, banking, and factory teams for smooth operations.

Supervise and guide team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency in daily activities.

Support SAP implementation and process improvement initiatives.

Prepare MIS reports and provide analytical insights to management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales accounting, receivables management, or a similar role.

Strong analytical, reporting, and reconciliation skills.

Sound knowledge of banking instruments such as LC and Bank Guarantees.

Proficiency in ERP/SAP systems and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.
