DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Lavie Hospitality Group is looking for someone who understands that digital marketing is more than boosting posts and checking reports.

We're searching for a Digital Marketing Executive who can take ownership of our digital ecosystem and help multiple hospitality brands grow online.

What you'll be doing

• Running and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns across multiple brands

• Managing and maintaining Google Business Profiles

• Working on Local SEO strategies to improve visibility and discoverability

• Coordinating website updates and maintenance

• Working closely with developers to improve website SEO and performance

• Monitoring website health, user experience, and search rankings

• Tracking campaign performance and preparing actionable reports

• Identifying growth opportunities across digital platforms

• Supporting content scheduling and publishing when required

• Assisting the marketing team in campaign execution and digital activations

What we're looking for

• Experience with Meta Ads Manager

• Good understanding of Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization

• Basic understanding of website management (WordPress experience is a plus)

• Familiarity with SEO tools and website analytics

• Ability to coordinate with developers and external vendors

• Strong problem-solving mindset

• Someone who takes initiative instead of waiting for instructions

• Ability to manage multiple brands and priorities simultaneously
