Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Public Relations Manager based in Lalitpur. The Public Relations Manager will oversee the development and dissemination of press releases, manage relationships with media outlets, and implement strategic communications plans to promote the organization and its clients. Daily responsibilities include creating and executing PR campaigns, coordinating with media partners, maintaining organizational messaging, and monitoring the effectiveness of communication strategies.

Qualifications

Proficiency in creating and distributing Press Releases and maintaining Media Relations

Expertise in Public Relations and Communication strategies to build and maintain positive public perception

Experience in Strategic Communications to align messaging with business objectives

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Hands-on experience with PR tools and media monitoring platforms

Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field

Knowledge of the media landscape in Nepal is an advantage

Ability to work in a team and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
