Junior Executive – Finance & Accounts (Plant)

Position Summary

The Junior Executive – Finance & Accounts supports the day-to-day finance and accounting operations of the plant. The role is responsible for transaction processing, record maintenance, reconciliations, reporting support, and coordination with plant departments to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Process vendor invoices, payments, and maintain vendor records.

Support accounts receivable activities, invoicing, and customer reconciliations.

Post accounting entries and maintain general ledger records.

Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.

Maintain financial records, filing systems, and supporting documents.

Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

Support preparation of financial reports and management information.

Coordinate with procurement, stores, production, and HR teams on finance-related matters.

Assist in inventory and expense verification processes.

Support internal, external, and statutory audits.

Ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls.

Provide administrative and analytical support to the Finance & Accounts Manage

Role Scope

Handles

Daily accounting transactions and documentation.

Reconciliations, record-keeping, and reporting support.

Coordination with internal departments and vendors.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.

3 years of relevant experience in beverage manufacturing.

Manufacturing or plant finance exposure is must.

Technical Skills

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems.

Understanding of AP, AR, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
