Key Responsibilities

Provide professional and attentive food & beverage service to guests.

Take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure guest satisfaction.

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based beverages, and specialty drinks.

Assist with bar operations, including preparation of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining, bar, and coffee service areas.

Train and support junior service staff when required.

Ensure high standards of hygiene, safety, and service quality.

Handle guest requests and resolve concerns professionally.

Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, restaurants, resorts, cafés, or hotels.

Experience as a senior server, waiter/waitress, or food & beverage attendant.

Knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso machines.

Basic bar and beverage preparation skills.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude, leadership qualities, and attention to detail.

English speaking ability preferred.
