MAW Invites an application for the position of 'Regional Sales Manager' for JCB Division for Pokhara Based location and will be looking after Birgunj, Chitwan, Pokhara and Butwal areas.

Job Purpose

• Lead regional machine sales and drive revenue growth

• Strengthen market share within assigned territory

• Guide and monitor branch sales teams

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare annual & regional sales plans

• Allocate and monitor branch-wise targets

• Review sales performance and implement corrective actions

• Track competitor activities & market intelligence

• Drive market share expansion strategies

• Build strong relationships with key customers & influencers

• Support deal conversion through joint visits

• Plan & execute regional sales/BTL activities

• Coach and develop branch sales teams

• Ensure adherence to credit norms & recovery targets

• Ensure timely reporting (daily/weekly/monthly)

Preferred Profile

• 10-12 Years of Experience in heavy equipment/automobile/industrial sales
