We are seeking an experienced, disciplined, and result-oriented Production In-Charge to lead and oversee manufacturing operations at our factory in Pokhara. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in production management, strong leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of multinational manufacturing standards, quality systems, and operational excellence. The role will be responsible for driving productivity, ensuring quality compliance, optimizing resources, and fostering a culture of discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Plan, organize, supervise, and control daily production operations to achieve production targets efficiently. Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS), GMP, HACCP, food safety standards, hygiene requirements, and regulatory guidelines. Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve operational consistency and efficiency. Monitor production performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions when required. Lead manpower planning, workforce allocation, and productivity improvement initiatives. Identify opportunities for process optimization, waste reduction, and cost control. Conduct root cause analysis of production issues and implement preventive and corrective actions. Ensure effective utilization and maintenance of machinery, equipment, and production resources. Maintain high standards of workplace safety, quality, and operational discipline. Train, mentor, and develop production personnel to enhance skills, performance, and accountability. Coordinate closely with Quality, Maintenance, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth factory operations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best manufacturing practices aligned with international standards. Prepare and submit regular production reports, performance analyses, and improvement recommendations to management.
