Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and drive business growth within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key customers.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand the dealer network.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Ensure effective implementation of sales and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular market feedback to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role or as a Senior Sales Officer, preferably in the cement, construction materials, FMCG, or related industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate sales teams to achieve business objectives.
• Good knowledge of the local market and dealer network within the Koshi Region.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
