Job Description

Job DescriptionOur Client, Temple Tiger Group of Companies is hiring Resort Manager. The Resort Manager will be responsible for the overall management of resort operations, ensuring high standards of guest satisfaction, staff performance, service quality, and financial efficiency. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences.Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day resort operations, including housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and guest services.
  • Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and promptly resolve customer concerns.
  • Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate resort staff.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
  • Monitor budgets, expenses, and revenue performance.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations.
  • Coordinate marketing and promotional activities with management.
  • Prepare operational reports and performance analyses.
  • Ensure resort facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Job Specification

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of management experience in hospitality, resort, or hotel operations.
