Key Duties and Responsibilities of Principal

Supervising the overall operation and management of the school.

Overseeing curriculum development and implementation.

Setting and monitoring academic standards and performance goals.

Evaluating staff performance and providing feedback.

Ensuring effective teaching and learning strategies are in place.

Must coordinate and can work with community peoples, parents, government agencies, children's village staff,

management team and more.

Required Eligibilities, Qualifications and Competencies

Must hold a bachelors' degree in the pertinent field.

Must have minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the field of education.

Must be responsible and have strong interpersonal skills.

Must have excellent written and oral communication on skill/command in both Nepali and English languages.

Must have a high degree of integrity, a positive perspective, and a disciplined approach.
