Meitu Paints is seeking a proactive and result-oriented Area Sales Officer with prior experience in the paint industry. The role focuses on expanding dealer networks, increasing market coverage, and driving sales growth within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Create new dealers and identify new business opportunities to expand market coverage and increase sales volume and market share
• Promote decorative, industrial, and specialty paint products to dealers, contractors, architects, consultants, and project customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and key stakeholders
• Support dealers and customers with product knowledge, technical information, and after-sales service coordination
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and identify growth opportunities
• Achieve assigned monthly and yearly sales targets
• Ensure proper product visibility and branding in the market
• Prepare regular sales reports and updates.
