Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
Maintain customer records and update information in ERP systems.
Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer concerns promptly.
Follow up with customers to ensure service satisfaction.
Assist in preparing customer service reports and maintaining documentation.
Manage inbound and outbound customer communications.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
Support customer retention and relationship-building initiatives.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Perform other customer service and administrative tasks as assigned.
Bachelor's degree running (BBS, BBA, BBM, or related field).
Freshers are encouraged to apply; candidates with at least 6 months of relevant experience will be preferred.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Familiarity with ERP systems is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer handling and interpersonal skills.
Valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
