Accounting and Financial Management
Assist in maintaining financial records and documentation.
Support invoice processing, payment tracking, and expense recording.
Prepare and organize finance-related reports and files.
Perform data entry and update records in ERP systems.
Assist in administrative tasks, document management, and office coordination.
Support inventory, procurement, and asset management activities as required.
Coordinate with internal departments regarding finance and administrative matters.
Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial and administrative documents.
Assist senior team members in day-to-day operational activities.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
Bachelor's degree running (BBS, BBA, BBM, or related field).
Freshers are encouraged to apply; candidates with at least 6 months of relevant experience will have an advantage.
Basic knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel.
Familiarity with ERP systems is preferred.
Valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling financial documents.
Willingness to travel when required.
