📋 Job Description

Lead and manage overall plant operations to achieve production, quality, and efficiency targets.

✅ Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline.

Master's Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or Business Administration (preferred).

Minimum 8–10 years of experience in cement manufacturing or a similar heavy industrial sector.

At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role managing plant operations.

Strong understanding of cement manufacturing processes and plant operations.

Proven experience in production management, maintenance planning, and operational leadership.

Expertise in preventive and predictive maintenance practices.

Strong knowledge of process optimization, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Experience in budgeting, cost control, resource allocation, and financial management.

Excellent leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and team management skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
