Key Responsibilities

• Attend and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Explain furniture products, features, materials, and pricing clearly to customers.
• Handle furniture orders and ensure accurate coordination of order details.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and support overall sales activities.
• Create simple promotional and marketing content videos for showroom products.
• Develop generic product showcase videos for social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
• Support brand visibility and engagement through creative content creation.
• Ensure a positive customer experience and represent the brand professionally at all times.
• Assist in showroom operations and daily customer interactions.
• Contribute to sales growth through effective customer engagement and product presentation.
