Sales/ Marketing / Brand Promotion
Identify and onboard new retail stores and business outlets within the assigned territory.
Promote and sell company products to retailers and distributors.
Increase product range availability and visibility in existing stores through effective range selling.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales performance and strengthen customer relationships.
Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and merchandising at retail outlets.
Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
Collect market information and provide feedback on competitor activities and customer preferences.
Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities and customer interactions.
Resolve customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Report daily sales and market activities to the supervisor.
SLC/SEE, Intermediate (+2), or equivalent qualification completed.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in FMCG sales or any sales-related field will have an added advantage.
Must possess a smartphone for reporting and communication purposes.
Ability to travel regularly within the assigned market area.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Strong sales orientation with the ability to achieve targets.
