The role is ideal for candidates with entry-level retail exposure and strong interest in customer-facing work, with the goal of increasing walk-in conversion and supporting store sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable jewelry products.

Demonstrate product features (design, materials, and variants) accurately and confidently.

Assist in billing, maintaining sales records, and ensuring correct transactions.

Maintain cleanliness and proper display of jewelry counters to support an attractive store presentation.

Handle basic stock assistance tasks, including arranging items and reporting stock discrepancies.

Coordinate with senior staff for approvals on discounts, exchanges, and special requests.

Provide after-sales support by guiding customers on basic care and exchange processes as per store policy.
