The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and monitor construction projects to ensure timely and successful completion.

Lead and coordinate site operations, project teams, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.

Prepare project schedules, work plans, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

Manage project documentation, reports, contracts, and technical records.

Conduct regular site inspections and quality control assessments.

Coordinate with clients, government authorities, consultants, and vendors as required.

Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Prepare periodic progress reports and present project updates to management.
