Supervise and manage all production activities during assigned shifts.

✅ Job Requirements

Minimum qualification

+2 completed; higher qualifications are preferred.

Proven experience in production supervision or manufacturing operations, preferably in PP woven sack, cement bag, packaging, or related manufacturing industries.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal abilities.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Basic knowledge of production planning and process optimization.

Understanding of quality control procedures and manufacturing best practices.

Knowledge of workplace safety standards and compliance requirements.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts as required.
