We are hiring a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for a reputed ISP company in Nepal. The role focuses on planning and executing sales strategies, improving performance against KPIs, and leading a field sales team to achieve consistent target results. Key Responsibilities

Build annual and quarterly sales plans aligned with business goals, channel targets, and regional demand patterns.

Set sales targets by territory, route-to-market, and customer segment, and track progress through dashboards and reporting.

Develop and implement sales strategy to grow B2B accounts and retail/B2C channels, including service packaging, promotion, and offer mix decisions.

Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to improve execution quality, coverage, and performance across assigned areas.

Monitor KPIs such as sales volume, value, coverage, conversion rates, and collection performance to drive corrective actions.

Strengthen distributor and customer relationships by conducting regular meetings, business reviews, and joint planning.

Collaborate with marketing, operations/supply chain, and finance teams to ensure service readiness, effective promotions, and smooth order processing.
