• Deliver medicines and healthcare products safely and on time to customers.
• Verify bills, packages, and delivery locations before dispatch.
• Collect cash, cheque, or payment receipts from customers when required.
• Obtain signatures/stamps on delivery bills from customers.
• Handle medicine boxes carefully to avoid damage or shortages.
• Return signed bills, pending bills, and payment collections properly to the office.

Daily Tasks

• Follow delivery routes and instructions provided by billing staff.
• Coordinate with office staff regarding urgent or pending deliveries.
• Maintain proper communication with customers during delivery.
• Report delivery issues, shortages, or customer complaints immediately.
• Assist in loading/unloading goods when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the delivery vehicle.
