Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a similar position within an FMCG company.
Proven experience in sales management, distributor handling, and territory development.
Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach.
Sound knowledge of FMCG market dynamics and distribution channels.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and sales reporting systems.
Ability to travel frequently within assigned regions.
Must possess a valid driving license and own vehicle (preferred).
