Drive sales growth by achieving assigned targets through regular visits to construction sites, industries, consultants, and client offices.

Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution-based consultations to clients.

Understand customer requirements and recommend innovative, cost-effective technical solutions.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.

✅ Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in technical sales, construction materials, industrial products, engineering solutions, or a related field.

Strong technical knowledge with the ability to explain products and solutions effectively.

Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.

Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business opportunities.

Strong project coordination, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Good understanding of value-based selling and customer-focused sales techniques.

Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to travel frequently for client visits.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems is an added advantage.

Valid two-wheeler riding license is preferred.
