📋 Job Description

Lead overall sales and operational activities to achieve business growth and profitability.

Take ownership of revenue generation (top-line) and profitability (bottom-line) targets.

✅ Job Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Minimum 4–5 years of experience in agricultural equipment sales, operations, or business management.

Prior experience in tractors, rotavators, farm implements, agricultural machinery, or agri tools is mandatory.

Strong knowledge of agricultural equipment, tractors, rotavators, implements, and agri tools.

Proven experience in sales planning, forecasting, budgeting, and business development.

Sound understanding of government procurement processes and agricultural subsidy programs.

Excellent leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic business plans.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
