📋 Job Description

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heavy construction equipment, including Backhoe Loaders, Wheel Loaders, Excavators, and Compactors.

Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing to ensure optimal equipment performance.

Inspect hydraulic, engine, electrical, and mechanical systems to identify faults and implement effective repair solutions.

Provide on-site technical support and maintenance services at customer locations across Nepal.

Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and inspection documentation accurately.

Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.

Ensure all repairs and maintenance activities comply with company quality and safety standards.

Educate customers on equipment operation and basic maintenance practices when required.

Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles in good working condition.

✅ Job Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Heavy Equipment Engineering, or a related technical field.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance, field service, workshop operations, or a related technical role.

Candidates with experience in commercial vehicles, tractors, workshops, or garage maintenance are encouraged to apply.

Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, diesel engines, electrical systems, and mechanical components of heavy equipment.

Proven troubleshooting and fault-finding skills for construction machinery.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently in field environments and manage multiple service assignments.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Willingness to travel extensively across Nepal for field service assignments.

Valid driving license will be an added advantage.
