📋 Job Description

Perform inspection, repair, and preventive maintenance of concrete pumps, boom pumps, SLMs, batching plants, and other heavy equipment.

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults and implement effective corrective actions.

Read and interpret hydraulic circuits, electrical wiring diagrams, and control panel schematics.

Carry out routine servicing to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.

Repair and maintain hydraulic systems, electrical wiring, and control panels.

Prepare detailed service reports, maintenance records, and equipment inspection logs.

Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair work.

Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and company service procedures.

Provide technical support and recommendations to customers regarding equipment maintenance.

✅ Job Requirements

Diploma or Technical Certification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, Heavy Equipment Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in the repair and maintenance of heavy equipment.

Experience working with concrete pumps, boom pumps, Self-Loading Mixers (SLMs), batching plants, or similar construction equipment is highly preferred.

Strong technical knowledge of hydraulic systems, electrical wiring, control panels, and heavy equipment maintenance.

Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues efficiently.

Proficiency in reading hydraulic and electrical diagrams.

Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and under pressure in workshop and field environments.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Valid driving license will be an added advantage.

Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
