Supervise daily production activities to ensure production targets are achieved efficiently.

✅ Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Fashion Designing, Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, or a related field.

Minimum 3–4 years of experience in textile, garment, knitwear, or fabric production.

Hands-on experience in fabric manufacturing and production supervision is mandatory.

Strong knowledge of fabrics, knitwear, and garment manufacturing processes.

Good understanding of production planning and workflow management.

Ability to supervise and motivate production teams.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Smart, proactive, and detail-oriented personality.

Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.

Basic computer proficiency (MS Word and Excel) will be an added advantage.
