📋 Job Description

Manage the daily receipt, storage, and dispatch of inventory while ensuring accurate stock records.

Monitor inventory levels and maintain up-to-date physical and digital inventory records.

Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies promptly.

Ensure proper storage, handling, and safety of materials to minimize damage and loss.

Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability and delivery of materials.

Prepare and maintain inventory reports, including stock movement, damaged goods, and replenishment requirements.

Supervise warehouse loading and unloading activities while ensuring compliance with safety procedures.

Maintain an organized warehouse environment to improve operational efficiency.

✅ Job Requirements

+2 Completed; Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.

Previous experience handling building materials, tiles, marble, granite, sanitary ware, or similar products will be an added advantage.

Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.

Strong organizational, analytical, and record-keeping skills.

Ability to manage warehouse operations and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Physically fit and capable of working in a warehouse environment.
