We are seeking an execution-focused Head of Sales / Revenue Lead to own the complete sales function at Code Mantra.
This is NOT a passive management role.
build systems,
manage the sales team,
improve conversions,
drive enrollments,
optimize CRM workflows,
recruit/train sales representatives,
and scale revenue aggressively.
You must be highly data-driven, process-oriented, competitive, and capable of operating in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth
Own monthly enrollment and revenue targets
Build scalable sales systems and processes
Increase lead-to-enrollment conversion rates
Design and optimize sales funnels
Forecast sales pipeline and revenue accurately
Team Management
Recruit, train, and manage sales representatives
Conduct daily sales standups and performance reviews
Monitor KPIs and accountability metrics
Coach team members on objection handling and closing
Create a high-performance sales culture
CRM & Operations
Manage CRM systems and pipeline tracking
Ensure proper lead follow-up and sales hygiene
Implement automations and reporting systems
Analyze conversion data and identify bottlenecks
Parent Enrollment Sales
Handle high-intent parent consultations when needed
Improve sales scripts and enrollment workflows
Build trust with parents and communicate educational value effectively
Strategy & Scaling
Collaborate with leadership on growth strategy
Identify new customer acquisition opportunities
Improve retention and referral systems
Help scale the organization from hundreds to thousands of students
