Fiber Technician

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot fiber optic and FTTH network connections.

Perform fiber splicing, termination, and testing using OTDR and other tools.

Install and configure routers, ONT/ONU devices, and related network equipment.

Respond to customer complaints and resolve connectivity issues promptly.

Conduct preventive maintenance and repair of fiber network infrastructure.

Perform site surveys and support network expansion projects.

Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and service activities.

Ensure compliance with company safety standards and operational procedures.
