Go Fly Tours and Travels is seeking a passionate, customer-focused, and experienced Holiday Planner / Travel Consultant / Tour Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and selling customized inbound and outbound holiday packages while delivering exceptional travel experiences and outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, customize, and sell inbound and outbound holiday packages based on client preferences and budgets.
• Prepare detailed travel itineraries, tour proposals, and competitive quotations.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-in consultations.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, Destination Management Companies (DMCs), transport providers, and other travel partners to ensure seamless travel arrangements.
• Manage bookings, reservations, amendments, cancellations, and post-booking customer support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on domestic and international destinations, visa requirements, travel regulations, and industry trends.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely completion of travel-related processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver efficient and high-quality travel services.
