Key Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, and present authentic Tibetan, Chinese, Newari, and Bhutanese dishes while maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.

Develop and standardize recipes to ensure quality across all menu items.

Supervise daily kitchen operations and coordinate kitchen staff efficiently.

Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the procurement of fresh ingredients and kitchen supplies.

Minimize food wastage and maintain cost-effective kitchen operations.

Train, mentor, and supervise junior chefs and kitchen assistants.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen equipment and workstations.

Collaborate with management on seasonal menus, promotions, and new dish development.

Ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders during busy service hours.
