📋 About This Role

The Administrative Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization's daily administrative operations while ensuring efficient office management and smooth business processes. This role involves managing administrative budgets, monitoring expenses, negotiating and maintaining contracts with airlines, vendors, and corporate partners, and ensuring cost-effective procurement and facility management. The Administrative Manager also leads and supervises the administrative team, ensures compliance with company policies and legal requirements, maintains accurate records and documentation, and implements systems that improve operational efficiency and support the organization's overall business objectives.

📝 Roles & Responsibilities

The Administrative Manager will be responsible for managing and monitoring the administrative budget, expenses, and petty cash while ensuring cost-effective operations. The role includes negotiating and maintaining contracts with airlines, vendors, and external service providers, coordinating procurement activities, and ensuring the timely availability of office supplies and equipment. The successful candidate will supervise office maintenance, facilities, and workplace safety, recruit, train, guide, and evaluate administrative and support staff, and maintain accurate records of contracts, invoices, agreements, and company documents. Additionally, the Administrative Manager will ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and administrative procedures, coordinate travel, logistics, and vendor communications, identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs, prepare administrative reports for senior management, and build strong relationships with vendors and external business partners to support the organization's operational goals.nt administrative systems and processes that enhance productivity, operational efficiency, and overall organizational performance.

🎓 Qualification

The ideal candidate should hold an MBA (Master of Business Administration) or an equivalent Master's degree in a relevant field, along with 3 to 5+ years of proven experience in administrative management, office management, procurement, or a similar leadership role. Candidates with prior experience in handling airline contracts, vendor negotiations, and corporate partnership agreements will be highly preferred.
