The role includes negotiating and maintaining contracts with airlines, vendors, and external service providers, coordinating procurement activities, and ensuring the timely availability of office supplies and equipment. The successful candidate will supervise office maintenance, facilities, and workplace safety, recruit, train, guide, and evaluate administrative and support staff, and maintain accurate records of contracts, invoices, agreements, and company documents. 🎓 Qualification
The ideal candidate should hold an MBA (Master of Business Administration) or an equivalent Master's degree in a relevant field, along with 3 to 5+ years of proven experience in administrative management, office management, procurement, or a similar leadership role. Candidates with prior experience in handling airline contracts, vendor negotiations, and corporate partnership agreements will be highly preferred.
