The Finance Manager is responsible for establishing and managing the Company's financial management system, accounting operations, taxation, budgeting, treasury, financial reporting, compliance and internal financial controls.The position supports strategic decision-making while ensuring financial transparency, accountability and governance.财务负责人全面负责公司财务体系建设、财务管理、税务、预算、资金管理、财务报告及内部控制，为公司经营决策提供专业支持，确保公司财务规范、透明、合规、高效。

🎓 Qualification

Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting / FinanceMinimum 5 years of solid and comprehensive financial working experienceProficient in Nepal VAT, TDS and Income Tax regulations and practical operationsCandidates with experience in international trade, multinational enterprises and Letter of Credit (L/C) handling are highly preferredExperience in technology, engineering, hydropower, renewable energy or EPC companies preferred Excellent Excel, ERP and accounting software skillsStrong data analytical skills and team leadership capability Fluent English for daily full-cycle work communication; Chinese language proficiency is a plus Professional finance certification (CA/ACCA/CPA/CMA) preferred· 会计、财务相关专业本科及以上学历· 5 年以上经验丰富、体系完整的财务实操工作经历· 熟悉尼泊尔增值税、预扣税、所得税法规及全流程实操· 具备国际贸易、跨国企业从业经验，且有信用证开立、实操经验者优先· 有科技、工程、水电、新能源、EPC 工程类企业财务工作经验优先· 精通 Excel、ERP 系统及各类专业财务软件· 具备优秀的数据拆解分析能力与团队管理统筹能力· 英语流利，可独立完成全流程英文业务沟通；掌握中文者优先· 持有 CA/ACCA/CPA/CMA 等专业财会证书优先
