📋 About This Role

The Front Desk cum HR Executive will be responsible for managing the front desk operations by welcoming visitors, answering and directing phone calls, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a professional and friendly reception experience. The role also involves supporting the HR department by coordinating interview schedules, assisting with recruitment and onboarding activities, maintaining employee records and attendance, preparing HR and administrative documents, and managing office correspondence. The candidate will coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth daily operations, maintain confidentiality of employee information, and perform general administrative tasks while delivering excellent customer service and ensuring an organized and efficient workplace.

📝 Roles & Responsibilities

Will be responsible for managing the reception area by welcoming visitors, handling incoming calls, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a professional and positive experience for clients and guests. The role includes coordinating interview schedules; assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes; maintaining employee records, attendance, and HR documentation; and supporting day-to-day HR and administrative activities. The candidate will also manage office correspondence, prepare reports and documents using MS Office, coordinate with internal departments, maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of front desk and HR functions while delivering excellent customer service.

🎓 Qualification

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree with at least one year of relevant experience in front desk, reception, administrative, or HR-related roles. She should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a friendly and professional attitude, and strong telephone etiquette. The candidate must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and email, capable of handling visitors and inquiries courteously, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. A well-groomed appearance, punctuality, responsibility, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to work under pressure are essential for success in this role.
