🎓 Qualification
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree with at least one year of relevant experience in front desk, reception, administrative, or HR-related roles. She should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a friendly and professional attitude, and strong telephone etiquette. The candidate must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and email, capable of handling visitors and inquiries courteously, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. A well-groomed appearance, punctuality, responsibility, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to work under pressure are essential for success in this role.
