📋 About This Role

The Sales Supervisor is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying potential SME clients, building strong customer relationships, and promoting the company's telecom products and services. The role involves conducting daily client visits, generating and managing a sales pipeline, understanding customer requirements, collecting and submitting necessary documentation for product activation, and ensuring timely product delivery. The Sales Supervisor is also expected to achieve assigned sales targets, provide regular sales reports, stay updated on market trends and competitor activities, and deliver excellent customer service while representing the company professionally.

📝 Roles & Responsibilities

The Sales Supervisor is responsible for generating new business opportunities by conducting daily visits to SME clients and developing a strong sales pipeline. The role includes identifying customer needs, presenting suitable telecom solutions, and building long-term client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. The candidate will collect and verify the required documents for product activation, coordinate with the Ncell Center for timely processing, and ensure successful product delivery to clients. Additionally, the Sales Supervisor is expected to achieve assigned sales targets, prepare and submit daily activity reports, monitor market trends and competitor activities, and maintain a high standard of professionalism while representing the company in the field.

🎓 Qualification

A bachelor's degree and at least one year of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the telecom, FMCG, or a related industry. Candidates should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to build and maintain effective client relationships. Applicants must own a valid two-wheeler with a valid driving license, have access to a personal laptop, and be willing to travel frequently for client visits and field-based sales activities.
