You will also handle guest complaints, provide information about the facilities and services, and assist in coordination of events and activities. Building rapport with guests and maintaining a positive atmosphere is crucial in this role.

🎓 Qualification

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in a customer service role, particularly within the hospitality sector, is highly valued.
