Sahakarmi Samaj (SS), a non-governmental organization established in 1997, promotes a self-sustainability approach to empower disadvantaged and marginalized communities to become self-reliant and interdependent. Officially registered in Surkhet district, SS currently operates in 16 districts across Nepal, including:

Sahakarmi Samaj is preparing a Vendor Roster for the fiscal year 2083/084.

We invite Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible vendors, suppliers, and service providers with relevant experience in the following areas. Interested parties are requested to submit their EOI along with detailed rate quotations for any of the services listed below:

C. Repair & Maintenance Services

All eligible and interested service providers, goods suppliers, consulting firms, and individual consultants may submit their quotation and rate list, along with a cover letter, to the email address mentioned below or in hard copy to the Sahakarmi Samaj Head Office in Birendranagar, Surkhet, or the Central Office in Kohalpur, Banke, no later than 24 July 2026.

Updated and legally valid documents are required. Applications submitted without the latest valid supporting documents will not be accepted. We highly appreciate vendors/suppliers from our working area

Sahakarmi Samaj reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation without assigning any reason.
