CRM Assistant

Our sister concern, MAW Hire Purchase Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant – CRM

Key Responsibilities

Follow up with customers on pending EMIs and ensure timely collections

Handle customer queries and provide prompt resolutions

Assist customers throughout the loan process, from application to disbursement

Maintain and update customer records in the system

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Support customer engagement and retention initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office

Ability to handle customers professionally and manage multiple tasks

Flexible with the timing.
