Nepal Cancer Hospital & Research Center (NCHRC) Ltd. is the first comprehensive cancer hospital providing international standard cancer care services from its own state-of-the-art hospital located at Harisiddhi, Lalitpur. The NCHRC is seeking applications from dedicated, result oriented, self-driven candidates to fulfill the following positions:

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Formation Technology, Computer Science or a related field

Experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience IT Support, preferably in a healthcare environment

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain hospital IT systems

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues

Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to identify and address IT needs

Monitor systems performance and recommend upgrades or improvements

Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery planning to ensure data availability

Stay updated on the emerging technologies and recommend solutions to enhance hospital operations

Train staff on the sue of IT systems and software as needed

Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for IT systems, processes, and processes, and procedures to ensure operational continuity and compliance
