Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons for primary-level students.

Implement effective teaching methods and classroom activities.

Create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.

Monitor and evaluate students' academic progress and overall development.

Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments.

Maintain classroom discipline and manage student behavior effectively.

Encourage students to participate in classroom and extracurricular activities.

Provide individual support to students based on their learning needs.

Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians regarding students' progress.

Participate in school events, meetings, and other assigned responsibilities.
