Mobility Freight is looking for a dynamic, customer-focused, and results-oriented Senior Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth and expand our client portfolio in the freight forwarding and logistics sector. The ideal candidate should have proven B2B sales experience, strong relationship-building abilities, and a passion for delivering customized logistics solutions. This role requires regular client visits, lead generation, business development, and close coordination with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell the company's logistics services, including air freight, sea freight, road freight, customs clearance, and courier solutions.

Identify, approach, and convert prospective clients into long-term business partners.

Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, corporate visits, and market research.

Understand customer logistics requirements and recommend cost-effective and customized freight solutions.

Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with corporate clients while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, quotations, and business proposals.

Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close business deals.

Coordinate with the operations, customer service, and pricing teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

Follow up on inquiries, quotations, shipments, and customer feedback to maximize business opportunities.

Maintain an updated sales pipeline and customer database using CRM or other sales management tools.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.

Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Prepare regular sales reports, client visit reports, and market feedback for management.
