Changunarayan Foundation (CNF) is a non-profit organization committed to promoting skills development, employment, entrepreneurship, and sustainable livelihoods in Nepal. Through its flagship KUSHAL (Knowledge, Uprising, Skills and Holistic Advancement for Livelihood) Program, implemented in partnership with Local Governments (LGs) with financial support from Social Development Nepal (SDN), the Netherlands, CNF collaborates with industries, training institutions, employers, and development partners to provide market-oriented Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET), On-the-Job Training (OJT), employment, and self-employment opportunities for Nepali youth and job seekers.
