Human Resource Trainee

About The Role

The HR Trainee will assist in day-to-day HR operations, support employee engagement initiatives, maintain HR records, and ensure smooth HR processes in line with company policies and compliance

Qualification & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Management with a specialization in Human Resource or related field

Minimum 1 year of experience in HR operations in an industrial or corporate environment

Key Responsibilities

Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and induction on employees

Maintain employee records and HR databases

Assist in performance management and employee engagement activates

Coordinate training programs and employee development initiatives

Handle employee queries and provide timely support

Ensure HR documentation and compliance with company policies

Support in HR reporting and data analysis

Any other tasks assigned by the HR team
