KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Database management

Maintain and optimize the centralized database; ensure data integrity, performance, and availability across all connected systems.

ETL design & development

Design and maintain data integration workflows using optimized stored procedures and structured table/view definitions; manage and monitor scheduled SQL jobs to ensure reliable and timely data processing.

Power BI development

Lead development of dashboards and paginated reports; drive the migration of global legacy reports to Power BI Paginated Reports.

Data integration & migration

Manage cross-system data integration tasks, particularly in the context of ongoing database migration; ensure data consistency and resolve integration issues.

Reporting & KPI support

Maintain daily and monthly MIS reports; lead baseline data preparation for PMS KPI dashboards and support quarterly KPI performance analysis.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

Experience

Minimum 2- 3 years in a technical MIS or database-related role

Technical skills

Strong SQL Server skills; hands-on experience with stored procedures, views, and scheduled jobs; advanced Power BI including paginated reports and DAX

Soft skills

Strong analytical thinking, ownership mindset, good communication, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
