Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and implement Anticipatory Action, Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR), and Climate Change Adaptation (CCA) activities.

Strengthen community-based disaster risk reduction (CBDRR), early warning systems, and emergency response mechanisms.

Collaborate with local governments, DHM, NDRRMA, provincial and district stakeholders, and community institutions.

Promote forecast-based financing and ensure quality implementation aligned with donor requirements, government policies, and HDCS standards.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in DRR, Climate Change, Environmental Science, Engineering, Development Studies, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in AA, DRR, CCA, humanitarian, or resilience programming.
