Multipurpose Development Society (MPDS) is a Nepali non-governmental, not-for-profit, social development organization, committed to driving positive change and empowerment in Nepal’s rural communities. The organization's vision is to envision a healthy, beautiful, peaceful, disciplined, self-reliant, exemplary, and dynamic society with gender equality.  MPDS has been working for the past 28 years across Sudurpashchim, Karnali, Lumbini, and Gandaki Provinces to promote sustainable development, empower communities, and improve access to essential services.

In partnership with ActionAid Nepal, Multipurpose Development Society (MPDS) is implementing the Local Rights Program (LRP) in Parshuram Municipality of Dadeldhura from May 2025. MPDS has announced a vacancy for the following position to ensure effective program implementation seeking highly qualified and motivated Nepali citizen.

Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies or a related field.
